I came here to work because I was passionate about the ministry. Unfortunately, most employees are not happy and just work here to save money not because they care about the place or ministry. That isn't my assumption, I had many of my coworkers say that.

I also was bullied by my boss. I was let go suddenly because "they didn't need me anymore". However the people they kept were butt kissers or terrible employees.

Needless to say, I still love this place but management is awful and disorganized. They have a terrible judge of character when it comes to MOST of the people they hire. Pros Beautiful place. You make friendships that last after you leave from working a season. You learn how to work with others in busy environments. It can be tiring sometimes but people with can rally around you and pick you up.

Also, the culture in the workplace is more outwardly good while remaining quiet about the actions of the employees for fear of judgment because of the religious overtones. In saying that, the work is enjoyable. It was fun to be a part of a kitchen that targets the people who will be directly eating the food we prepared.
