When is quinn and valor coming out

The passive effect grants her bonus attack speed whenever she hits a Vulnerable target. The active side of the ability has Valor reveal an area for two seconds.

The third ability, Vault, has Quinn dash to target opponent, dealing damage and applying a heavy slow. The slow fades over two seconds. After striking the target, she then jumps back to her maximum attack range while Valor marks the enemy as Vulnerable. Quinn and Valor's ultimate ability is called Tag Team.

Quinn leaps into the sky, being replaced on the field of battle by Valor for up to 20 seconds. Casting the ult again before it runs out or simply waiting the full 20 seconds returns Quinn to the battlefield while performing Skystrike, doing heavy damage to enemies in a wide radius, with extra damage based on how much health the various targets are missing.

While Tag Team is active Valor still retains all of Quinn's skills, but they all work differently for the falcon. Valor, Quinn's Demacian eagle, periodically marks enemies as Vulnerable. Quinn's first basic attack against Vulnerable targets will deal bonus physical damage.

Quinn calls Valor to mark an enemy and hinder its vision before damaging all enemies in the immediate area. Activate to have Valor reveal a large area nearby. Quinn dashes to an enemy, dealing physical damage and slowing the target's Movement Speed. Upon reaching the target, she leaps off the target, briefly interrupting it, and lands near her maximum Attack Range away from the target.

Quinn, the ranger-knight of Demacia, is the first new champion coming to Legends of Runeterra. Riot gave us a pretty detailed look at how the champion works while also revealing a new mechanic, Scout, coming to the game. Quinn additionally comes with the trusty eagle, Valor. Quinn levels up after she has seen you attack four times — not just attacking with four units, but four attack steps. This is made easier with the new mechanic, Scout.

When only units with the Scout keyword attack, players get another attack token. Similar to how the card Rally works, players get a second chance to attack. Players can keep attacking with just units with Scout and keep getting attack tokens, so long as your units survive.

When Quinn does level up, she summons another Valor unit when she attacks.
