Who is stronger itachi or shisui

Neji's fighting style could only be effective if Shisui was within his range, but Shisui could easily cast the Kotoamatsukami to trap Neji. At the end of Naruto , Sasuke was the only living Uchiha. Haha there are less itachi fights and even among them there are none in which he fights with full strength except edo tensei. Again kabuto was a perfect sage and even he was slower than itachi and edo tensei are slower than thier original speed so itachi is even a lot faster than that. If itachi wanted je couldve killed kabuto with amaterasu as kabuto himself stated amaterasu was the strongest attack. Itachi kept reminding kisame"We didnt come here to create a scene we should do our job and retreat fast" so there you go itachi was loyal to konoha so he didnt bother fighting those weaklings as even kakashi stated itachi couldve killed him easily with tsukiyomi.

Also we don't know that shisui was going to use his genjutsu on everyone he could have just targeted the militants. Also were his kotoamatsukami had a huge drawback in that it could only be used once every few years. More than that we have no idea whether or not itachi could break through it like sasuke broke through tsukiyomi.

And if we just rate their respective susanoo itachi's wins. Itachi has experience and tactical edge as well as more knowledge of his opponent than shisui has of him but shisui has a speed edge. I'd put itachi as the stronger though. Shisui was three years older than Itachi and had died at the age of sixteen.

Itachi wasn't. Naruto was. So, IMO, I take that to mean that Itachi's raw power and speed might not have increased-- but his skill and Genjutsu might have, if at all. Honestly, I just think Itachi was always just that good after he came of age.
